Scope of Application

By using Pixel Card Clash, you agree to these Terms of Use. The app is provided solely for entertainment and educational purposes. Use of the app is at your own risk.

Usage Rights and Restrictions

The app may be used exclusively for private, non-commercial purposes. Commercial use, redistribution, rental, decompilation, or resale of the app or its content is strictly prohibited without the express written permission of the developers.

Intellectual Property and Copyright

All graphics (including AI-generated pixel art interpretations), game content, texts, designs, source codes, and other components of the app are protected by copyright and are the property of the respective rightsholders. Copying, modifying, reproducing, or publishing any parts of the app is prohibited without prior permission.

Warranty and Availability

The app is provided on an "as is" basis. No warranty is assumed for permanent, uninterrupted availability, complete freedom from errors, or suitability for a particular purpose. The developers reserve the right to change, update, or modify the content, functions, and pricing structures of the app at any time.

In-App Purchases and Billing

If paid content, extensions, or in-app purchases are offered, all payment processing and provisioning are handled via the infrastructure of Apple Inc. In this case, the Terms and Conditions of the Apple App Store apply additionally.

Limitation of Liability

Liability for damages resulting from the use of the app is excluded unless caused by intent or gross negligence. Liability for damages resulting from injury to life, body, or health remains unaffected by this exclusion.

Severability Clause

Should individual provisions of these Terms of Use be or become invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected. In place of the invalid provision, that legal regulation shall be deemed agreed upon which comes closest to the economic purpose of the invalid provision.
